INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tortilla
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil
- Veggies (Optional)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk an egg with salt and pepper
- Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan
- When oil is hot, add whisked egg and cover it with tortilla
- Let the egg cook for few seconds (till it is slightly firm)
- Flip the tortilla, with the egg now on the top
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and fold the Tortilla
- Cook briefly on both sidesServe with a side of veggies
