Find a Carrot-eligible Provider

Many Birth Doulas, Postpartum Daytime Doulas, and Postpartum Nighttime Doulas on Newmom.me meet Carrot's qualifications

Provider requests payment via Newmom.me

Newmom.me then sends the client an invoice, and keeps both parties aware of the status of the payment process.

Client completes payment via Newmom.me

Once the client completes payment, Newmom.me pays the Provider.

Newmom.me creates receipt of services

The receipt is a pdf that includes all details required by Carrot.

Newmom.me creates end-of-year transaction summary

At the end of the year, Newmom.me creates a year-end summary for clients of all payments for services, and for Providers of all payments received, for tax purposes.
