Hi Kaye! I am a first-time mom looking to have a night doula sleep train my 4 month old baby daughter. Her sleep has been erratic last few days. She wakes up at the slightest sound and has a hard time going back to sleep. Either me or my spouse have to gently rock her to put her to sleep and we want to help her fall asleep on her own.
