We have a 5-and-a-half-year-old, a 2-and-a-half-year-old, and a newborn. We are expecting the help for 4 hours a day on weekdays, and our budget is $30/hour. We actually don't need babysitting we need a mommy's helper. It's not that you have to do all these job everyday but these are the types of job expected from you. Newborn will be mostly with mommy and mommy will take care, you will act as a helping hand for mommy. 1. Give the dish once or twice in a Week in the dishwasher 2. Take out the cloth from drier and fold it 3. Go with mommy to pick up 5 year old from school 4. Wash 3/4 milk cup of the kids daily 5. Make my 2.5 year old sleep and reading book 6. Watch my other kid when I am bathing one of my kid 7. Help my five year old bathing 8. Clean up toys while also involving my kids in the cleaning up job 9. Sometimes Baking some instant frozen food in the oven for my kids 10. Sometimes cook rice in the rice cooker (we don't cook other food at home, usually take out food) 11. Sometimes going to playground with mommy and kids
