Birth Plan / Birth Preferences Counseling ($150/hour)

Using a worksheet that I offer, along with a detailed description, research, and guidance.  You will be able to create a personal birth plan that is specific to your needs for the specific type of birth you would like to have.  However, you will also be educated with most of the "What ifs" that might happen and will know how to make your way through these potential pitfalls knowing how to ask appropriate questions so you will be able to make educated decisions using informed consent or informed refusal.
