Bringing home baby personalized New Parent prep course:

• We have an in depth conversation on what your needs and anxieties center around and then I build an informational and evidence based course specifically for you and where you are at in your motherhood journey
• If you don't know what you need, I create the course to touch on a little bit of everything so you can feel prepared and confident in new motherhood!
• We truly discuss anything e.g. how to handle visitors/ family visits in the time of Covid-19.
• I will walk you through the course and answer any questions that might come up in a safe, personal setting. It may include, your postpartum plan, what to expect in the first 24 hours, how to soothe a fussy baby, infant sleep and how to set yourself up for a successful postpartum period for mom and baby
• 24 hour Voxer/ Text support is included-response within 2 hours during 7am-9pm Monday- Friday. Weekends/ Holidays within 3 hours 8AM-7pm.  

New parent text package:

• Do you want to have a newborn expert on tap during the first month(s) so you can send a text and get a real response instead of typing everything into google? I got you!
• My text only package for the new mom is a great way to have peace of mind when you bring your baby home
• Text only package has 24 hour text access. Text response within 2 hours during Weekdays (Monday- Friday)7am-9pm and Weekends/ Holidays within 3 hours between 8am-7pm
