Ana successfully sleep-trained our 6-week old son to sleep 5-6 hour intervals providing a much better balance in our family's personal and professional schedule. I have the utmost confidence to advocate Ana for employment specifically for newborns. Considering her core focus is to care for multiples and preemies, l trust she is beyond capable in that capacity. Though her main objective was to care for our son during the night, Ana was also extraordinarily helpful in assisting with household chores (i.e. laundry, dishwashing, etc.). I found her to be reliable, responsible, patient, pleasant, dedicated, and very personable. Our family feels truly blessed to have had this experience with Ana.
