As a Certified Posptartum Doula and Lactation Education Counselor, my passion lies in educating, supporting, and holding space for all parents of newborn(s). My trainings and experience provide me the opportunity to teach prenatal classes for expecting parents, both privately in the home and in a group setting, and counsel families 1:1 with lactation support. Some of my specialities and services revolve around my knowledge of how to build a lactation foundation in the early weeks, care for a newborn, support the parent(s) based on their individual needs, and create infant routines. I have worked primarily nighttime shifts as a doula for 6 years and plan to start the IBCLC Pathway II Program in the Fall of 2025.

My ultimate goal is to support families in whatever way best meets their needs and goals. I provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based experience and education both as a doula and lactation counselor. In these roles, I will support your family by guiding the start of your lactation journey, teaching baby-related skills and emotionally supporting the you and your baby(ies) by offering prenatal classes, overnight or daytime care postpartum, and/or providing 1:1 lactation counseling.
