Sleep Educator and Consulting: We try our best to avoid the cry it out method, and do more of a comforting method making sure you and baby are not uncomfortable. Here we help you either continue to co-sleep without the constant waking, how to guide you through putting your child down to sleep, transitioning the child to a new sleep enviroment, help with night weening, and getting a nap routine steady to help with a great nighttime sleep rthyme. We also help you learn more about the kind of sleep your child is experiencing, and how you can better support them to create optimal brain development and build a stronger bond between you and your child.​

A Peace of Mind Package: $375

Still bed sharing, doesn't need lactation support, and don't want to just let them 'cry it out'. This will help you balance a routine between you and your child and find a peace of mind.

Lactation Educator Specialist

Do you experience any of these?

• The engorgement of your breasts does not occur by the 5th day after birth

• You have any other breastfeeding/bottle-feeding concerns. Helping you and if you have a partner, learn the basic ways to properly breastfeed and bottle feed, hand express, or refer you to a IBCLC if there is no improvement.

Meal Train

• I make a meal either of your choice or you can receive a surprise meal created by me. I cook the meals and put them into storage containers to then freeze for your postpartum journey. For meals, I can drop it off to you or I can come to your home, and cook it for you and have it ready for you to eat after.

Placenta Care: This will all be done in your home once you are home from hospital.

Traditional Chinese Method (TMC) $300

This involves cleaning the placenta, steaming it over distilled water, with lemon and ginger inside with placenta. (Rosemary & Turmeric can be added optional) After the placenta is steamed, it will be dehydrated for 24 hours, and finally put inside capsules. Lemon and ginger are optional as well. This method is to bring out the healing hormones in the placenta.

Raw Method $300

This is not similar to Raw Food diets, but vegans and vegetarians may use this method because they may choose Raw Start. This method skips the steaming process; the placenta will get cleaned, and then put straight into the dehydrator for 24 hours, and finally put into capsules. (Lemon, Ginger, Rosemary, & Turmeric can be added optional.) This method is supposed to be more potent in the healing process.

This is a way to keep your placenta for a longtime! If stored correctly...This will be great to use during periods to help regulate hormones, great for menopause, if you’re feeling sick, or even down emotionally. They work similar to the powder form.

Great especially the first week to help immediately replenish vitamins and nutrients back into your body to help you heal.

Labor Support

If you are looking for ONLY support while you labor meaning all the comfort measures, tub/pool laboring, ball/peanut ball support, some hypnotherapy, holistic support, and breathing/relaxation support during labor I am your girl! This is for before you go to the hospital, so while you are laboring at home, I am here to help you get through it until you reach active labor or your water breaks.
Laboring at home can take a few days or hours so I will support you up to 2 days (10 hours MAX) without overnights.

As well as, hospital support if you go straight to the hospital and don’t want to labor at home. You get supported up to 2 days (10 hours MAX) no overnights. If you and when you reach 7cm I will then leave you, because I don’t offer birth support with the labor support.

Birthing Tub Rental

I have been blessed with the opportunity to have my own personal birthing tub, and I know how hard it can be with finding a tub that's perfect for you! Since I have one tub, I will be renting the tub out to a family at a time. I do set up and take down as well.

I am based in LA, California, if you are outside of a 30-mile radius I charge $2 per mile.

Travel Doula

A family helper to ME is similar to a babysitter or postpartum doula, but not a long term position. Family helper is NOT a midwife, doctor, or clinically licensed to give advanced advice. Family helper offers:
