Postpartum Daytime and Nighttime Doula:

• 2 consultations: 1 nature/Tea sit, 3-4 nights and 1/2 days.

Scope Of Practice:

• Check-in about things like sleeping, feeding, your own physical healing and your emotional health.
• Monitor and care for the baby throughout the night
• Self care check-ins - self massage, baby massage, breathwork, time in nature
• Offer comforting techniques to support the baby to fall asleep with ease
• Log baby’s activity- waking and feeding  times, amount the baby eats, types of dirty diapers, and how the baby settles back to sleep
• Clean bottles and pumping supplies and offer light laundry services
• Prepare meals and warming teas if needed.
• Assisting with care of baby so that Family may rest
• Loving guidance for infant care and connection
• Supporting the establishment of new routines and facilitating a harmonious transition
• Supporting Co-parent/partner in their new role
• Creating opportunities for parents to spend time with each other
• Access to wide network of healthcare providers as needed
• General cleaning including, but not limited to, dishes, wiping surfaces, laundry
• Pet care limited to taking the pet out and in for the bathroom
• Find suitable backup for family, should Daniella need to cancel due to sickness, emergency or agreed upon schedule change
