Jennifer’s path to this work grew from her love of women’s wellness, herbalism, and community healing traditions. As the founder of an herbal apothecary serving pregnancy and postpartum families, she brings an integrative, nurturing approach to her care. Families often describe her as grounding, intuitive, and fiercely supportive — someone who listens deeply and advocates with both gentleness and strength.

As a full-spectrum doula, Jennifer supports clients across the entire reproductive journey, including birth support, postpartum care, and placenta encapsulation services. She offers holistic, Indigenous-informed postpartum care that honors traditional healing practices, nourishment, rest, and community support. Her background includes hands-on apprenticeship experience in community birth settings and formal studies in anatomy and physiology, developmental psychology, and cultural anthropology. She blends evidence-based knowledge with ancestral wisdom to ensure families feel informed, confident, and deeply supported.
