I design workouts specifically designed for you to reach your goals, be strong and enjoy life symptom free. I use a platform called EverFit where you have access to video and text instruction for each exercise. You also have the ability to film yourself and provide feedback so she can continually adapt to what your body needs and help you with form.
  

Virtual Perinatal Programs - These programs are designs to teach you how to be your own pelvic floor physical therapist through short videos (<10 min) with the option of a live weekly call with me so I can individually support you along the way.
