90-Minute Consult: $275 per person

Monthly Subscriptions
Select trainers only accept clients on monthly subscription services.
- 1 weekly session: $642.00 per month
- 2 weekly sessions: $1,282.00 per month
- 3 weekly sessions: $1,924.00 per month
Individual Training Packages
Individual packages can only be applied to 1 client and cannot be shared between 2 clients.
- 1 session: $180 per session
- 8 sessions: $170 per session
- 12 sessions: $165 per session
- 16 sessions: $160 per session
Self-Guided Online Coaching
Monthly Plan: $275 per month
- (2) written training workouts per week to complete on your own
- (1) 30-minute training session per week via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime
- Unlimited email communications
- Customized plans for running, golf, tennis, pre/postnatal, strength gain, rehabilitation and weight loss
Partner Training Packages
Prices listed are per person with training for up to five people maximum. Large group training of six or more is available upon request.
- 1 session: $105 per person
- 8 sessions: $97.50 per person/session
- 16 sessions: $92.50 per person/session
