I studied at DONA INTERNACIONAL AND DOULA CARIBE INTERNACIONAL becoming the first certified Doula in Colombia. I implemented the first Doulas Volunteer Program in a public hospital, being the first hospital to employ Doulas in my native Colombia. Now based in the Bay Area, I bring my skills as a Perinatal and Postnatal Educator along with her experience in more than 400 births, educating more than 500 couples, and conducting numerous courses for parenthood. I believe that families deserve to be informed, empowered to make birth decisions and that their voices need to be heard and respected. I work comfortably within the hospitals and medical staff, as well as alongside homebirth Midwives.

  • Organizing baby care and mama care corners
  • Nourishing the new parents.

I am a mother of two children born in the comfort of my home with peaceful water birth and this beautiful birth experience inspired me to become a Doula. I have made it my life’s mission to provide families with strong support during pregnancy, labor, and a great parenthood foundation. I understand that everyone has a right to choose birth in whatever way they feel most comfortable and I am supportive of plans for both medicated and unmedicated birth experiences. I am eager to share my experience and knowledge with new families and offer my services in English and/or Spanish.
