Birth Doula Plus Postpartum:

• 6 postpartum visits during the first 3 weeks

Daytime Postpartum Doula:

• Emotional and Educational support
• Baby care and education
• Talking through your birth experience
• Baby laundry & organization
• Dishes/dishwasher
• Help with feeding your baby
• Taking care of baby so that you can shower or nap
• Playing with older siblings and more
• Available as an add on to Birth Package or one visit at a time
• Postpartum Visits are 4 hours each
