Birth Doula:

• Help you and your partner/spouse prepare and carry out your birth plan
• Collaborate with hospital staff to keep you informed throughout the various stages of your labor, and stay by your side,
• Provide emotional support/help to keep you relaxed and focused
• Use breathing techniques, focused meditation,and changing your body position for maximum comfort while your labor is progressing
• Keep you relaxed, using an abundance of massage techniques that I have acquired over my 17 years as a certified/licensed massage therapist.

‍Postpartum and/or Night Doula:

• Support you in your new role into motherhood
• Spend time helping you and your family adjust and feel confident with your newborn
• Babycare
• Light housekeeping
• Helping with meal preparation
• Organizing the household and nursery
• Take care of baby at night

‍Pregnancy Massage:

• Relaxation for the mother-to-be.
• Helps relieve stress on the weight bearing joints, neck and back and helps reduce edema(swelling).‍

‍‍Lamaze Childbirth Classes:
You will learn the following,

• Stages and phases of labor
• Understanding hormones of labor
• Anatomy and physiology
• When to go to your birth center and hospital
• Six lamaze healthy birth practices
• What to expect after your baby arrives
• Going through the holistic stages of labor vs medical model of labor
• Breast feeding basics
• Caring for postpartum mother and family

• How to identify PP baby blues vs. anxiety disorder

‍Tantra support for couples:

• Tantra , means to weave, and was first introduced in India
• The art of tantra can help you rediscover deep sense of profound love and openness especially after bringing home baby
• Learn ways to deepen your love connection, really share intimacy and move powerful potent energy together to enhance your love connection and partnership
• Learn skills to move energy and even after exhausting nights be able to feel more energetic
• Tantra will help enliven and enlighten your new roles as conscious partners in parenting‍
