I have worked in a variety of hospitals throughout the Bay Area as a postpartum doula over the past 20 years.

Services offered

Postpartum Consultation: ‍‍One hour consultation to help parents navigate life with their newborn. Any issues such as but not limited to:

  • Feeding by either bottle or breast
  • Combination feeding
  • Colic
  • Reflux issues
  • Gassy babies
  • Feeding issues
  • Swaddling
  • Bathing
  • Back to work feeding plan, and scheduling
  • In our sessions we can create an individualized plan for families for any concerns or issues that will arise with a newborn

Newborn Care Education: - A one hour one on one prep class for expecting parents. We cover the following topics

  • What to expect during the first 10 days postpartum
  • Swaddling lesson
  • Bathing lesson
  • Burping lesson
  • Diapering
  • Hospital bag prep
  • Introduction to baby feeding
  • Videos and reading tools will also be provided to participants. This is the perfect class for those with little to no baby experience

Sleep trainer: - We recommend 3 - 5 full nights to fully sleep train your baby. Baby must be 14 pounds or 14 weeks old in order to sleep train. This is an in home individualized plan.

My approach

I am renowned for my calm nature and first hand experience with any newborn care issues. Issues such as feeding by either bottle or breast, combination feeding, and sleep training can be worked through in just a one hour virtual consultation with me. I founded Bay Area Baby Squad after being a postpartum doula for over 16 years and saw the need to support new parents throughout the Bay Area.
