It was such a pleasure to work with Nicole as our sleep consultant. She took the time to go over the sleep plan and answer any questions that I had. Before working with her, my son wasn’t on a great sleep schedule, but Nicole helped tweak a few things that made a difference! Nicole was very understanding of our comfort level. She gave a detailed chart for timed check ins, which was extremely helpful! My son responded well to the time check-ins and by the end of the two weeks, he either needed one check in or none at all.
