Birth Doula:
- $2500 in-person (5 prenatal visits, labor & birth, 1 postpartum visit)
- $1000 virtual (5 prenatal visits, labor support, 1 postpartum visit)
- Birth & Postpartum Package: $6,000 in-person (5 prenatal visits, labor & birth, 6 night postpartum visits 8 hour shift within 2 weeks postpartum)
Postpartum Doula:
- Nighttime Rate - $75/hr, 8 hour minimum shift
Sibling Doula:
- $1000, Continuous childcare for 24 hours during the labor/birth and postpartum hours. Additional charges apply after 24 hours of support at the hourly rate of $50/hr. At no time will your child/ren be left attended.
Childbirth Education:
- $600 - 4 week in person session
- $400 - 4 week virtual session
In these sessions we will talk about four aspects of birth (Physical, Emotional, Chemical, and Mental), labor and birth coaching, tips for the partner, newborn prep, breastfeeding and bottle feeding basics, and postpartum prep. My goal is to leave you confident and ready for labor, childbirth, and beyond!
Lactation Consultation:
- $120 per visit 1hr session duration; virtual or in-person
Placenta Encapsulation:
- $300 Pick up, processing and delivery
Postpartum Meal Service:
- "Stock the Fridge" which has 5 soups or stews, lactation cookies, 5 breakfast items, bone broth, lactation tea. Price range $180-$225 depending on if you would like vegetarian, meat, or a combo.
- $200 - 6 week supply of bone broth. 8oz serving. Bone broth is rich in amino acids, minerals and other nutrients that can help support lactation, hydrate, and replenish your body, promote gut health, boost immunity and support postpartum healing.
